FOUNDERS
Alexandros Kyriacou – Managing Director & Head Chef
After completing his HD in Culinary Arts and BA in Food & Beverage Management at Alpine School/Switzerland, and following his experience in Michelin restaurants and burger bars abroad, Alexandros decides in 2017 to return to his hometown Cyprus, with a vision to create much more than a burger place. A gourmet burger offering unique tastes, using special gastronomy techniques.
Demetra Hepi
Director Franchising & General Manager
Having a Banking & Finance background / American Institute of Banking, and following her early resignation from the Banking Sector as Accounts Manager in Corporate Lending Division, she shares Alexandros’ vision to offer gourmet burgers at affordable prices. In short time THE FAT BULL Co. managed to become the Burger destination, for value for money premium burgers in a casual -yet classy atmosphere.
